This is the last week of strength work before the open so enjoy it and take it easy next week.

Back Squat: 3x3 @ 3 rep max weight ( keep rest 45-60 sec)

Overhead squat: 3x Failure 115/ 75 ( rest 30 sec between Sets)

Clean and jerk: 3x failure @ 135/95 (rest 30 sec between each)

 

Skill: 3 Min AMRAP Burpee box jumps @ 30/24

5 Min AMRAP 5 C2B Pull up, and 5 T2B
