Muscle snatch complex

The snatch is by far one of the most complex and demanding movements in sport, and one of the most persued lifts in Crossfit, but there is much more to the snatch than just taking a bar from the ground to overhead. One of the most important foundational pieces of the snatch is strength. To be sucessful in the snatch you must have a great deal of core and scapular stabilility and strength, as well as strong shoulders in the wide grip position. Gaining strength specifically for your snatch will translate into a faste pull, faster turnover, as well as greater strength and stability once the bar is over head.

Exercise: Complete 30 reps at a challenging weight of the complex in the video below. Start light and work your way up, i tried this and it is even difficult with the bar.
