Ice Baths

Icing and ice baths have been a hot topic in sports in the last year and rightfully so. Lots of new research has started to go away from icing as a recovery modality. There are  many things too look at when deciding on how to feel about icing, like does the decrease in pain allow for increase movement and then increased recovery. I have mixed feelings about icing, however i encourage you to decide for yourself, so here is and article and a video on ice.
