2. ON RAMP

  • For your best chance at success, you are required to start with our intro course called On Ramp before attending classes.  We do have an option to test out of On Ramp for experienced Athletes.

    Some things you will learn in On Ramp:

    • Personal and specific, in-depth instruction on the foundational movements we use in classes

    • Better transition and integration into the regularly scheduled 307 Athlete WOD classes. You’ll get accustomed to the organization, structure and pace of the Workout of the Day (WOD) class and the community.

    • Critical discussions on injury prevention, recovery and nutrition. This is super important for getting the most out of all of your hard work.

    • You’ll make new friends.

  • PRIVATE ON RAMP:
    1 PERSON - $189
    2 PEOPLE - $139 EACH
    3 PEOPLE - $119 EACH
    4+ PEOPLE $99 EACH

    Private On Ramp courses for you or you and your friends. You will learn all the fundamentals that will allow you to attend classes with all the necessary knowledge to begin safely and properly.

3. ATTEND CLASS

  • 307 Athlete offers a variety of different class options. Some are seasonal. Check the schedule for the current offerings.

    WOD - Workout of the Day class is our primary adult class offered. This class provides the most opportunity for you to increase your general physical preparedness through constantly varied functional activities at varied intensities and time domains.

    Whether you are starting your fitness journey or an experienced athlete looking for a new challenge to push you a higher level, this class will provide you the means to achieve your goals.

    OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING - A class dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of the 3 olympic lifts - Snatch, Clean and Jerk. Get started with weightlifting or refine your technique at any age with our highly qualified Weightlifting Coach.

    OPEN GYM - We offer open gym at all times during the day.
