I love the sport of Crossfit for everything that it stands for. I have always been a huge advocate for endurance sports starting at a young age. I started Mountain bike racing at 12 and got my professional license at age 17. When I was 15 in Junior High school I ran cross country which ended up with a JV State championship. During that time I also joined the Cross Country Ski team which ended up leading to a state championship podium finish as well. After 4 years of professional cycling around the world with countless world cups and trips to Europe I hung my bike up and went to the University of Wyoming where I received a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering. During my time at UW I decided to shift goals in athletics and joined the University Rugby team. Since then I have completed a 24 hour running race, 2 running marathons, a sprint triathlon, and countless 5k’s. I am blessed with the ability to do high amounts of volume work and that I have competed in over 12 countries on 2 continents. “I guess you can say that competition is in my blood”
