LifeTime Legends has begun! We had a couple great testing days this past week and there is a lot to look forward to in the weeks to come. Hopefully everyone had a great time and have a good idea where you stand and what you have to work on. Levels 4-6, Warrior-Ninja-Legend, are now posted online for you to check out.

Use the next few weeks to train hard in Ntensity classes and by doing the daily WODs (catching a RedHot Yoga class here and there will not hurt either!). The next Legends Testing dates will be announced soon so keep an eye out.
