Recovery Day

There's been a lot of good stuff on the Chief's Blog lately.  Use this day to rest up and catch up on the blog!

The Open starts this week!  Plan on working hard all the way through but be smart about it.  We want you to keep making gains and keep up the intensity every day.  If you're planning on doing the Open WOD in class on Friday, take it easier on Thursday.  If you're planning on doing the Open WOD on Saturday, Friday's classes will allow you to do some prep work while others do the WOD.  We'll be programming the WOD for Friday's workout and we will also program your prep work to do.
