Skill Work: Medicine Ball Clean

WOD:Three Rounds of:
4 minutes work, 2 minutes rest. In the 4 minutes you complete the following:
Run 400 meters
15 Front Squats (135/95)
Max burpees in the remaining time.

Your score is your total burpees over the course of the three rounds. So if you got 30 your first round, 25 your second round, and 7 your last round, your final score will be 62. You re-start the sequence of 400m Run/15 Front Squat/Max Burpee at the beginning of each 4 minute set.
