Rest / Make Up Day
Nice work so far this week to everyone- we have had some HUGE classes! After completing this weekend's Foundations course, we are officially over 300 Foundations Graduates- what an amazing benchmark! Thank you to everyone who has participated- you are all responsible for our amazing 307 family! Now rest up, we have some WOD's to do!
