1 Mile Sandbag Carry in Bearhug
Rotate who carries the bag. When you drop, you stop and do 20 air squats.
*At the start, P1 begins sandbag walk. P2 does 20 Air Squats then runs to catch up to P1. P3 walks with P1. When P1 drops the bag, P3 picks it up and goes. P1 then does 20 Air Squats then runs to catch up. When P3 drops, P2 Picks up and goes while P3 does air squats. Continue this pattern for 1 mile or turn around at 15 min.
