Mini Challenge:

Flameout will be one of your team's mini challenges worth 50 points.

As a team, in 4 min, Find your 3RM Front Squat total

At your platform, you will have 2 bars (men’s/women’s) and weights.  Your team will have 4 mins to each establish a 3RM Front Squat.  Only 1 athlete may work at a time but the others may be preparing the second bar while 1 is working. Attempts must start with a clean of any time.

Movement Standards: A squat clean for the first rep is allowed as long as your hip crease reaches below your knee.  All 3 reps must be performed from hip crease below the knee to full lockout at the top.  If you drop the bar at anytime before the 3 reps are verified by your judge your attempt will not count.
